Receiving & Storage

Storage is a very big part of our customer service. Many of you already know the value and savings we can provide. We take care of receiving, storage, and releasing of material that we hold for you.

The primary reason for installer delay is incomplete or confusing information.

In a continuing effort to improve our prompt, efficient service, we ask that your installers have the following information upon arrival at our facilities.

Name of seller (retail, decorator, etc.)
Side mark (customer or job name)
Amount and type of material
Mill, Manufacturer, or Distributor (Shaw, Royalty, etc.)

Will Call Hours

Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
Saturday 7:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.
